Joining at this stage means your work will have a direct impact as we take Respondent from 1 to 10.The roleYou''ll be joining our Sydney team as a Staff Full Stack Engineer, working closely with product, design, and the broader engineering team to build products our customers love. This is an inoffice role, and we''re looking for someone who''s genuinely excited about collaborating in person.You''ll work across the stack - from designing scalable backend systems to creating intuitive frontend experiences that our customers love. You''ll play a key role in shaping how ideas become products, guiding technical decisions, and championing best practices that help us move quickly.This role is perfect for an engineer who''s passionate about building great products, shipping quickly, thinking commercially and seeing the impact of their work firsthand.What You''ll DoProduct Engineering: Work with Product, Design and other Engineers to build and improve software that delivers real value to our customersAPI Development: Build robust and secure APIs that facilitate communication between frontend and backend systems or external servicesWork at the edge of AI: We''re actively using AI in our dev workflows and our product and you''ll help us push that further.Software Process Optimisation: Implement and refine software development processes and methodologies, enhancing efficiency and quality in frontend, backend, and data engineering contexts.What you''ll bringFull stack expertise: You have strong experience across both frontend and backend.
