While we do still transport people by air and by road, this work is complemented by a range of primary health services that address the most common issues people living in country Victoria face when accessing health care.About The RoleThe Fundraising Acquisition & Renewal Lead plays a critical role in driving the growth and longterm sustainability of RFDS Victoria''s Single and Regular Giving programs. This position provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of donor acquisition and renewal initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and fundraising best practice. Based within the Fundraising & Partnerships team, the role leads key campaigns, including the annual Matched Giving Day, and works collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders to deliver an innovative, datadriven, and donorcentric program. By mentoring a highperforming team and optimising donor journeys, this position strengthens supporter engagement and maximises fundraising outcomes that directly support RFDS Victoria''s essential services. This position may require occasional travel to RFDS locations across Victoria.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesOversee donor acquisition and renewal across Single and Regular Giving to drive sustainable growth.Lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of acquisition and renewal strategies aligned with fundraising goals.Projectmanage and colead RFDS Victoria''s annual Matched Giving Day in collaboration with Fundraising and Partnerships teams.Manage and develop team members to deliver donorcentric campaigns that attract and retain highvalue supporters.Work with Innovation & Enablement and Supporter Retention teams to enhance fundraising platforms, processes, and donor journeys.Partner with Marketing & Communications to produce compelling fundraising content and ensure clear internal campaign communication.Manage budgets to achieve strong ROI and ensure effective resource allocation.Collaborate with Data & Insights teams to provide accurate reporting and analysis for senior leadership and governance.Build strong relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure program integrity, contract compliance, and highquality delivery.Qualifications and Experience RequiredTertiary qualification in Fundraising, Marketing Communications, Business, or a related field.5+ years'' leadership experience in team management, fundraising, marketing, or project management, ideally in the NFP sector.Proficient in CRM platforms, preferably Raiser''s Edge.Proven track record in acquisition and renewal campaigns, including multiyear strategy delivery.Strong organisational skills with experience managing budgets, multitasking, and delivering projects in fastpaced environments.Ability to use critical thinking, research, and datadriven insights to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive improvement.Strong financial acumen and strategic judgement to plan, monitor, and optimise resources for sustainable performance.What RFDS can offer youEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Access to salary packaging options to reduce your taxable incomeFitness passport a discounted gym membership to gyms and pools that you and your family can enjoyFive nonaccruable Office Closure Leave days each yearGreat parental leave benefits in addition to government parental leave.Please note that we are unable to accept late applications, or applications submitted via email.
