Kidder Williams is seeking a highly motivated graduate-level Social Media & Content Manager to support the firm''s public presence and executive operations. This hybrid role combines brand-building, content execution, and executive support, ideal for a recent graduate looking to build early-career experience at the intersection of finance, agriculture, and media.The primary objective of this role is to increase the visibility, credibility, and pervasiveness of the Kidder Williams brand, particularly within financial services and agri-related sectors, while also providing structured administrative support to senior leadership.Brand, Content & Social Media (Primary Focus)Manage and grow Kidder Williams'' presence across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter, industry-specific channels).Plan, create, and publish consistent content aligned with the firm''s voice, positioning, and values.Translate high-level financial and agricultural themes into accessible, professional content.Assist in shaping narratives around deals, insights, thought leadership, and market perspectives.Track engagement metrics and provide basic performance reporting.Monitor relevant finance and agri conversations to identify content opportunities.Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership.Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.Prepare basic documents, summaries, and briefing notes.Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications where appropriate.Support ad-hoc operational and coordination tasks as needed.General SupportAssist with internal communications and light research tasks.Help maintain consistency across external-facing materials.Support special projects related to brand growth or firm initiatives.Ideal Candidate ProfileRecent university graduate (or final-year student) in communications, marketing, business, finance, agriculture, or a related field.Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.Comfortable using social media platforms in a professional context.Organised, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information.Curious about finance, investing, and agriculture (prior expertise not required).Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.What This Role OffersHands-on exposure to an investment banking environment.Direct access to senior leadership and decision-making.Practical experience in brand building within finance and agri.A clear foundation for progression into communications, strategy, or operations roles.Real responsibility early in your career.This role is designed as a launchpad position.
