Your role in action Reporting to the Head of Partnering, youll provide expert advice and support across the employee lifecycle. Collaborate with leaders to define and implement strategic people initiatives. Influence and lead contemporary people practices across portfolios. Support the delivery of change projects and programs, ensuring readiness and seamless execution. Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent requirements. Partner with leaders to realise operating models and build strongperforming teams. Provide leadership coaching and mentoring for a consistent and progressive employee experience. Develop and interpret HR policies, ensuring alignment with best practices and legislative requirements. Ensure HR processes, documentation and systems meet compliance and legislative requirement. Your Game Changing Qualities Your ability to engage stakeholders and deliver with precision sets you apart. At least 5 years of HR experience. Experience in ER case management. Proven capability to provide expert advice across diverse people matters. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving skills. Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in a dynamic environment.
