About the role You will work closely with people managers to identify, attract and hire world-class talent into CyberCX, delivering against key growth and resourcing strategies for a variety of cyber security roles across our regions, including our international offices. Duties Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting on internal and external job boards, carrying out resume screening, short-listing, scheduling interviews, facilitating pre-hire checks, assessments, and managing job offers Actively build cross-practice and cross-function collaboration across CyberCX and continuously look for ways to add value. Facilitate communication and relationships across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers Partner with hiring managers to develop detailed briefs for professional job requisitions Develop recruitment plans, including person specification and competency checklist, creative job ad copy, route-to-market recommendation and agree timescale to meet business requirements Create compelling and comprehensive job advertisements and candidate-focused copy to attract talent on job boards, associations, networks, and direct candidate approaches Proactively source new high performing candidates for CyberCX Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the life cycle of the recruitment process by keeping candidates interested and in touch with CyberCX, providing them with feedback and coaching, and facilitating an effective handover from recruitment to employment Deliver direct sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs whilst generating diverse pools of talent through various market mapping methodologies Represent CyberCX at candidate-facing events as needed, including at industry events, career fairs, meetups, etc Skills & experience Relevant experience in full-life cycle technical recruiting, with meaningful experience in relevant cybersecurity recruitment Experience in both internal and external (third-party) recruiting Strong relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills Highly deadline-driven, detail oriented and organised Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated Benefits Flexible hybrid working environment (a blend of office and WFH) Ability to deepen your experience and skills in-line with CyberCX''s specialisation as Australia''s leading cyber security provider.
