As Healthia continues to strengthen its national physiotherapy footprint, we are seeking a Regional Partner to support a portfolio of up to 20 independently branded physiotherapy clinics across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania. This is a pivotal leadership role within our national operations team, where youll partner closely with clinic owners and leaders to drive sustainable performance, strong team culture, and longterm growth. The Role This is a fieldbased leadership role designed for someone who thrives in dynamic environments. As Regional Partner, youll work alongside clinic leaders, providing coaching, operational guidance, and strategic insight to help each clinic perform at its best, both clinically and commercially. Youll oversee the operational and financial performance of your region, identify opportunities to improve systems and outcomes, and ensure Healthias national initiatives are effectively embedded at a local level. Acting as a trusted partner to clinic owners, youll bridge the gap between central support teams and ontheground practitioners, fostering collaboration, accountability, and highquality patient care. About You Ideally based in Melbourne metro, you enjoy being out in clinics and are comfortable with regular travel interstate to stay closely connected with clinic owners and teams. Youre a confident, valuesdriven leader with proven experience managing multiple sites or a portfolio of clinics, ideally within allied health or a comparable healthcare environment. With a minimum of three years in a regional or multisite leadership role, you bring strong commercial awareness, sound financial capability, and a practical approach to operational excellence. You lead through influence and relationships rather than hierarchy, and are recognised for your coaching mindset and ability to develop others. You understand the importance of being visible, present, and engaged to build strong partnerships and drive consistent performance across your clinics. Why Healthia?
