Lakewood is located 6km from Kalgoorlie, with our mining operations located within a 40km radius of the processing facility. Roster: 8/6, 7/7, alternating between day shift and night shift. About the Opportunity The Processing Supervisor is responsible to ensure the processing team has the resources, equipment, and training necessary to conduct their tasks in a safe and efficient manner to optimise circuit availability and gold recovery, to meet production targets in a safe and proficient manner. About You Proven operating experience in a mineral processing environment, preferably Gold with experience leading a team. Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to coach, train and influence the career path of others. Extensive experience in operating gold room, crushers, grinding circuits, CIL and tails dam operations. Demonstrated skills and knowledge in risk management, safety and environmental systems and legislative and statutory requirements, particularly the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and Regulations (Mines) 2022. DMIRS examination(s) and relevant risk units of competency for appointed position of Statutory Supervisor (or willing to gain). Confined Space and Working from Heights industry tickets. Loader operations experience (WA500 or similar). IT and Skid steer Ticketed. Previous Control Room experience, specifically with Citect DCS.
