Location: 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards, Cammeraygal Country Applications Close: 11:59 PM, Sunday 8 February 2026 Deliver culturally safe training and support workforce capability Deliver Respecting the Difference and other Aboriginal cultural safety programs across NSW Health, ensuring education is culturally safe, engaging and responsive to local community contexts Participate in reflective practice and supervision to support personal wellbeing, manage cultural and emotional load, and strengthen facilitation practice Collaborate with other facilitators, coaches and the Centre of Expertise and Delivery Hub teams to support consistent, high-quality education delivery and continuous improvement About The Opportunity The Aboriginal Cultural Capability Facilitator plays a key role in delivering Respecting the Difference and other Aboriginal cultural safety education programs across NSW Health. Working within the Delivery Hub in the Centre of Expertise at the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI), this role supports the NSW Health workforce to build understanding, respect and culturally safe practice through education that is grounded in Aboriginal knowledges, community connection and lived experience. The Facilitator engages with Aboriginal communities and stakeholders to ensure training reflects local cultural protocols and priorities, contributes to the development of localised content and learning experiences, and participates in evaluation and feedback processes that support continuous improvement. This role requires working confidently in emotionally complex learning environments and a strong commitment to reflective practice, supervision and self-care, recognising the cultural and emotional demands of delivering Aboriginal cultural safety education across a large and diverse health system. Demonstrated experience in delivering cultural safety education or community-based training, with an understanding of Aboriginal cultural protocols and priorities.
