About this role Wormall Civil runs land subdivision projects across the Perth metro area, and Project Coordinators play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of civil construction projects by coordinating operational, planning, and compliance activities on site in support of the Project Manager, Project Engineer and Site Supervisor. Working closely with the site team, youll ensure that daily site operations are well-documented, site office and compound are well organised and appropriate resources are maintained, safety and quality standards site office facilities are maintained in good order, and project records are filed effectively. With projects ranging from Alkimos to Henley Brook to Byford and Mandurah, we have several positions available for talented new members of the Wormall team. Site & Operational Management Ensure daily sign on is completed documenting all workers on site are registered and hold the appropriate qualifications and documentationAssist with the review of timesheets for workers and contractorsMaintain site-based plans and documentationRaise requests for PPE needs on sitesKeep sea containers and offices tidy, ensure water fillers are topped up regularlyCoordinate service locator appointments or temporary fencing installationsSupport the Project Manager and project team during project initiation, kick off and mobilisationSupport procurement activities including vendor coordination, delivery tracking, and recording keeping supportConfirm requirements and available site for deliveriesConduct regular site stocktakes to verify delivered materialsOrganising QA documentation to support project quality assuranceCoordinate and document site meetingsIdentify project risks or delivery constraints and contribute to mitigation planning About you Safety first mentality, familiarity with WHS and environmental compliance standardsStrong organisational and time management skillsWorking knowledge of civil construction processes understanding of site operations, drawings, and QA requirements.Able to liaise clearly with site teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersProactive problem solver able to identify issues early and follows through with practical solutions.Adaptable and proactive you respond well to changing site conditions Qualifications needed Qualification in Project Management, Construction or Business Administration (or working towards)Relevant experience in a support role on a civil infrastructure environmentA current and valid Western Australian drivers licenceProficiency with MS Office Suite Outlook, Excel, TeamsUnrestricted Australian working rights About the Company Wormall Group is a proudly Western Australian, family-owned civil construction company with over 40 years of experience.
