Working closely with the Service Manager, youll lead clinical operations, mentor your team, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of care delivery.In this role you will:Lead and inspire a team of nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality clinical and personal careOversee care planning, medication management, and complianceManage budgets and resources in collaboration with the Service ManagerDrive innovation through policy development and best-practice implementationMaintain accreditation standards while embedding a culture of continuous improvementAbout YouYoure a clinical leader who understands the foundation of great care is understanding the person behind the paperwork.
