Matchworks is looking for enthusiastic and collaborative In Work Mentor, who will help to turn jobs into lasting careers by coaching people and employers to build inclusive, supportive workplaces. What youll do As an In Work Mentor in our team youll: Be on the ground, providing handson coaching and guidance at the workplace. Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers. Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work. What youll bring (Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry, well help guide you through this.) A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style. An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions. Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
