Are you confident engaging with schools and professionals and motivated by making a real difference for young people who may not otherwise access support.We are seeking a passionate and proactive Youth Worker to establish and lead a new outreachfocused role supporting young people aged 1224 who are hidden carers. Hidden carers often remain invisible and unsupported while managing caring roles alongside school, work, and their own wellbeing. This position will focus on building strong networks and referral pathwaysparticularly with schools and youth servicesto increase identification and access to support for young carers.
