This is a handson role where you''ll play a key part in shaping the daily customer experience and supporting a vibrant, highperforming team. You''ll lead by example coaching, training, and motivating our fantastic team to deliver the exceptional service Black Star Pastry is known for.As a handson leader, you''ll take ownership of service standards, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
