We have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families.Help us help others with life-changing support that can improve their independence, access, development, health and wellbeing, and function.We would love to hear from Occupational Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community and a clinic space.Job DescriptionWe are expanding our multidisciplinary team supporting NDIS participants living in the Wollongong, Nowra & Caringbah regions and welcome an Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in their local community. Youll bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.Successful candidates will provide supports to NDIS participants living in the following areas (depending on your location): Wollongong, Nowra & surrounding suburbs.We will provide structured supervision, mentoring, and CPD opportunities. We invest in your growth so you can thrive in our fast-paced, energetic, and enjoyable workplace. No two days are the same! You might find us in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or our clinic space.Responsibilities will include:Managing an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and delivering timely therapeutic servicesAssessing participants developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessmentsInterpreting findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participantProviding evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance quality of life and meet participant goalsMentoring and supporting early career cliniciansMaintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure complianceWhat''s in it for you?As you support many, we support you.
