Youll bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.Successful candidates will provide supports to NDIS participants living in the following areas (depending on your location): Wollongong, Nowra & surrounding suburbs.We will provide structured supervision, mentoring, and CPD opportunities. You might find us in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or our clinic space.Responsibilities will include:Managing an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and delivering timely therapeutic servicesAssessing participants developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessmentsInterpreting findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participantProviding evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance quality of life and meet participant goalsMentoring and supporting early career cliniciansMaintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure complianceWhat''s in it for you?As you support many, we support you.
