The successful candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their flair for continuous improvement and will see the direct results from their work in business cost savings through improving controls around pallet and crate movements. You will have the opportunity to work with all levels of the business ensuring key stakeholders are aware of the improvements, progress and benefits that you are providing to Australias oldest dairy company.Role ResponsibilitiesMaintain, implement and improve controls around pallet, pallecon and crate platform movementsTroubleshoot asset management issues and respond to queries promptlyImprove and monitor KPI reportingOversee timely stock takes and the reconciliation processComplete monthly reconciliation and provide updatesSchedule the hire/offboarding of platforms based on forecastingAdministrative tasks such as maintaining databases and processing invoicesRequirements:Experience in an administrative environment within warehousing/transportProven experience in successfully executing projects focusing on business improvementA forklift ticket and Reach truck operation will be highly regardedIntermediate experience in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management and Transport Management softwareWhat do we offer:A great culture we love being the best and we love what we do5 Weeks annual leaveEmployee rewards programVarious health and wellbeing discounts i.e. private health, hotels, gymsEmployee Assistance ProgramApply: To apply for this role, please submit a CV and covering letter that best shows your relevant skills and experience.
