Join our dynamic People & Culture (P&C) team and make a real difference in how we support our diverse and blended workforce.We are seeking Senior People and Culture Advisor. The role is a permanent full time at our Perth office.Reporting to the People & Culture Advisory Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to managers across TSA. You will be instrumental in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture by offering expert guidance and contributing to initiatives that enhance and support our blended workforce initiatives.Key responsibilities:P&C Advice & Support: Provide expert advice and first-line support to managers on HR policies, employee relations, and blended workforce matters.Workforce Support and Reporting: Maintain accurate workforce data and reporting to support planning and compliance, while assisting with position descriptions, classifications, and remuneration processes.Projects and Organisational Development: Support blended workforce projects, training initiatives, and organisational change activities in collaboration with P&C Partners.ABOUT YOUOur ideal candidate will be proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for delivering excellent service and supporting the smooth operation of P&C functions, you will thrive working in a team environment and open to growing your people and culture knowledge.Key Capabilities:A relevant degree qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.Generalist HR experience and working knowledge of employment legislation, awards and HR policy frameworks.Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policy, procedures and industrial instruments.WHY WORK FOR US?TSA offers an inclusive work culture and strong opportunities for career development.
