Job Description

Overview Front Office Manager - 10 Month FTC (Full-time or Part-Time) at BAI Communications. The role is a 10-month contract based at our North Sydney head office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and a positive first impression for those arriving onsite. Responsibilities Manage, organise and coordinate all front office operational duties to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency. Act as the principal point of contact for guests, answer and screen phone calls, and handle enquiries. Manage meeting room bookings for the head office; update and maintain records and databases in line with administrative systems and processes. Handle mail, stationery and office supplies; weekly grocery deliveries; and other operations support as required. Support building facilities by coordinating maintenance requests; liaise with tradespeople, building management and building security as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a front office manager or receptionist; excellent people skills and customer service. Strong organisational and proactive approach; able to coordinate and prioritise tasks effectively. Comfortable working with MS Office products and databases; willing to support the business and colleagues.
