Accountable to the Senior Exploration Geologist.This role is offered on a lifestyle 8 days on/6 days off FIFO roster, with direct flights to our sites from Perth and/or Kalgoorlie. AccountabilitiesMaintaining a high standard of safety by complying with all relevant safety instructions, procedures and rules and the duty of care for employees as legislatedBuilding and maintaining constructive relationships with AGAA staff and contractorsDaily management of underground drill rigs, including data validation and data entryMentoring of the Graduate and Exploration GeologistsHigh quality geological logging of diamond drill coreDesign, coordination and management of drill programs from Blue Sky to Resource DefinitionManagement of short-term drill scheduleInterpretation and reporting of geological and geochemical resultsGeological and ore domain modellingMonitoring performance to plan of targetsWeekly and monthly reportingProcess and procedure improvements and updatesSupport the Exploration Team in the discovery of resources to meet annual depletion of resource/reserves About YouPeople are at the heart of everything we do.
