By fostering collaboration, innovation, and trust, we make a meaningful difference in the lives of those they work with.Position DescriptionAs a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for supporting clients across a variety of funding models and helping them achieve their physical goals. Youll have the autonomy to structure your own day, while delivering assessments, evidence-based interventions, and programs in clinic, at home, and in the community. You will be:Managing a mixed caseload across many funding streams (NDIS, HCP, CHSP, DVA, Medicare/EPC, Private) customised to your areas of interestProviding assessments and treatment for musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditionsDelivering chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, and falls preventionRunning individual and group exercise programs, re-enablement services, and hydrotherapy sessionsPrescribing equipment and assistive technology to promote safety, mobility, and independenceLiaising with GPs, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals to coordinate careParticipating as part of our multidisciplinary team in care planning, case conferencing, and clinical meetingsPosition RequirementsQualifications Bachelors degree in PhysiotherapyCurrent AHPRA registration (Limited Registration and new graduates welcome)NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Drivers licence and reliable access to a vehicleCurrent flu and COVID-19 vaccination evidenceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyCommitment to continuous improvement and client-centred practiceSalary Information:$80,000 - $100,000 per annum.About ToowoombaKnown as Queenslands Garden City, Toowoomba is a vibrant regional hub located just 90 minutes from Brisbane.
