Youll work collaboratively to deliver exceptional service, drive business growth, and uphold our reputation for excellence.## **Your responsibilities include:*** ## Achieve sales targets while delivering compassionate, solution-focused service* ## Coach customers through their sleep health journey, offering tailored recommendations* ## Stay up to date with ResMeds product training and knowledge* ## Manage client follow-ups, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records* ## Ensure clinic presentation meets high standardsstock management, cleanliness, and organization* ## Maintain and reprocess trial equipment* ## Liaise confidently with third parties when needed## ## **What You Bring**## Were looking for someone who is:* ## Experienced: Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service, with multitasking skills* ## Detail-oriented: POS, cash handling, and visual merchandising experience* ## Calm & compassionate: Able to support customers with empathy, even under pressure* ## A strong communicator: Adaptable, confident, and solution-focused* ## Tech-savvy: Familiarity with MYOB or MedTech is a plus* ## Healthcare-minded: Background in pharmacy or healthcare is preferred## ## This is more than a jobits a career with purpose.
