Successful Candidates Will Have Previous experience in a supervisory or junior manager role. A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally. Lead from the front with the team, on the floor, not in an office. Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met. Availability for weekend shifts and late nights.
