The company values skilled professionals who bring excellence and efficiency to every build.Location: South AustraliaEmployment Type: Full-TimeSchedule: 8-hour shiftSalary Range: $77,000 $90,000Construction Project ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesDirect and manage project resources, timelines, and priorities to ensure efficient delivery across simultaneous builds.Review construction drawings and technical specifications to assess feasibility, compliance, and constructability.Oversee procurement processes and ensure timely availability of materials, machinery, and labour to meet project milestones.Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and trades teams to align design and execution strategies.Supervise project performance, ensuring that timelines, quality benchmarks, costs, and risks are effectively managed.Liaise and negotiate with clients, contractors, council representatives, and other stakeholders throughout all project phases.Prepare and review tender submissions, contract documents, and project bids.Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and performance standards, enforcing best practices across all sites.Facilitate submission of development applications, ensuring timely inspections and approvals by relevant authorities.Manage and supervise internal teams and subcontractors, assessing performance and tracking deliverables.Lead change management initiatives and drive the implementation of updated project methodologies and systems.Establish structured project plans aligned with broader strategic goals, ensuring successful delivery from concept to completion.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience managing medium- to large-scale residential or commercial construction projects.Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with demonstrated success in multidisciplinary coordination.Proven experience in budgeting, contract negotiation, and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).In-depth understanding of Australian building codes, safety regulations, and approval processes.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Stay Safe While Job HuntingWe vet all employer accounts and do our best to keep job ads safe, but scams can still occur.
