Job Description

Join us to gain handson experience in the operational side of wealth management while directly supporting client portfolio management. Responsibilities Perform daily data file uploads from external financial service providers and resolve any discrepancies. Conduct daily portfolio reconciliations, including cash and stock, and address inconsistencies. Manage account establishment and closure, including external accounts as required. Process offmarket stock transfers on and off client HINs, ensuring accurate portfolio records. Build cost base histories for incoming stock. Allocate, process, and file registry mail. Assist in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports. Support income tax processing and report preparation. Monitor and process corporate actions. Provide portfoliorelated support to Advisers and Assistants. Liaise effectively with internal teams, investment advisers, and external financial service providers, requiring strong communication skills. Qualifications Recent graduate or earlycareer professional in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field. Interest in the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). High attention to detail. Proven skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work to deadlines, along with flexibility to manage changing priorities.
