A few of your responsibilities Take and prepare drink orders quickly and accurately through promptly taking customer orders and crafting beverages with precision following standard recipes and portions Maintain knowledge of beverage menu offerings and mixology Uphold cleanliness and organisation standards in the bar area, maintaining a wellstocked bar space by properly cleaning and storing glassware, tools and supplies throughout your shift Deliver friendly, efficient service to all guests and provide a high level of customer service to create an exceptional experience Adhere to health, safety, and liquor service protocols by following all food safety rules, responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and other policies and procedures About you Customer service comes natural to you, and you understand the essence of delivering worldclass service.
