Lead From Behind the Scenes Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is looking for a fulltime Executive Assistant to the CEO, based in Broome, WA. This is a pivotal role for a confident, experienced, and selfdirected professional who thrives in hightrust executive environments. The Executive Assistant will provide highlevel support across governance, strategy, and operations, working closely with the CEO and Board to help drive BRAMS vision forward. More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing the CEOs diary, travel, meetings and briefing preparation Coordinating governance requirements, including Board meetings and minutes Tracking progress on strategic initiatives and executive projects Overseeing key documentation and corporate records for compliance Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO Drafting professional communications and compiling reports Providing Secretariat support for the Board, maintaining schedules and registers Monitoring priorities and ensuring effective followup of executive actions This role is best suited to someone who brings experience, a strong understanding of governance and privacy, and who demonstrates initiative, independence, and attention to detail. You bring maturity, initiative, and remain calm under pressure, with a readiness to roll up your sleeves and support wherever needed. To qualify, you will ideally have a relevant tertiary qualification in business administration, management, or a related field and significant experience supporting senior executives. However, we welcome candidates with equivalent skills gained through workplace experience or in similar roles.
