SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Join our team as a Transport Supervisor, supporting our Port Hedland Branch Heavy Haulage Operations. This FIFO role (3:1 roster) offers exposure to various sites across the Pilbara and is open to candidates flying from any Australian capital city OR being based locally in Port Hedland. As a Transport Supervisor, youll play a key role in leading Mammoets Heavy Haulage operations and projects across the Pilbara. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate the safe and efficient transport of oversized items, ensuring full compliance with local legislation and regulations. Were looking for an experienced and proactive Supervisor whos ready to take ownership of their team and service a range of clients. In this role, youll be accountable for maintaining the highest standards of safety, performance, and service delivery for both our employees and clients. WHAT YOULL BE DOING Execute safe and efficient transportation of equipment and personnel Managing and monitoring personnel fatigue and safe work practices Lead a team with a range of different roles and skillsets Provide direction and expert industry knowledge to your teams Effective supervision of the job progress whilst ensuring client satisfaction Ensuring all work is carried out safely and effectively and in accordance with relevant legislation WHAT YOULL NEED 2 years Supervising experience in Heavy Haulage Transport operations preferably within the mining industry Current and valid Australian Driver''s Licence (MC Preferred) Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification (Preferred but not essential) Previous experience as a Heavy Haulage Truck driver involving platforms floats and trailers to transport oversized equipment Excellent communication skills Familiarity with Main Roads WA regulations and relevant local legislation FIFO from capital cities in Australia WHAT YOULL GET Competitive salary plus company vehicle options Join our Rewards and Recognition program for monthly, quarterly and annual prizes Access to Mammoet''s Employee Assistance Program Promote our values of Love the Work, Take Care, Perform as a Team, Results Count and Be Responsible Salary sacrificing and novated leasing options on offer WANT TO KNOW MORE?
