Perform daily baking tasks under fastpaced conditions, maintaining product quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean and safe workspace while following best practices for food handling. Support the bakery team, sharing knowledge and encouraging teamwork. Qualifications Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent.
