What''s on offer? 10k allowance paid through weekly/fortnightly pay cycle 2/1 roster FIFO from Perth About the role The successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership, coordinate and support staff to maintain a customerfocused, secure and safe working environment across the site, while delivering the highest level of service. In this highperformance environment you will consult with stakeholders regularly and drive performance within the team. We take safety seriously adhering to our policies and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues is paramount. Developing a strong safetyfocused culture within your team is vital. Who are we looking for? Trade Certificate, Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or full working rights Experience in a similar role is desirable Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety and customer service Extensive experience in large highvolume kitchen environments and thorough working knowledge of the resources sector Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts A great attitude Why choose Sodexo?
