As our Business Support Lead, you''ll be at the heart of our Port and Road Logistics operations transforming the way we work, not just managing tasks. Youll lead by example, empowering your team to excel and creating a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities Review existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes that enhance efficiency Develop and maintain templates, tools, and processes to streamline administrative tasks Coordinate operational projects to support business objectives Partner closely with operational managers to provide critical administrative support Support with key functions such as Contractor Management and procurement About you Youre an experienced senior administrator or have had an office management role, ideally in dynamic environments like logistics or industrial operations Youre a natural leader who enjoys guiding small teams and driving continuous improvement Skilled in project coordination even without formal qualifications, you know how to keep things moving. Youre an excellent communicator with a talent for building strong, collaborative relationships. Comfortable with administrative systems, experience with Definitiv, Xero, Litmos, or MEX is desirable Above all, you bring a proactive, positive attitude. Youre a problemsolver who takes initiative and ensures tasks and projects are completed efficiently. Whats in it for you?
