This role will offer you new life skills, personal growth and development, the opportunity to earn qualifications and progress your career in a personally rewarding industry.Duties of an Arranger Conductor include:Plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of the funeral service for a family and inform them with the various options available to honour their loved one.Work closely with the family from first contact to guide them through what is required and respond to their requests with service options and solutionsImplement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team and provide support and guidance for the familyAbout you:You have a strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on service delivery, problem solving and customer satisfactionProfessional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards peopleBe at ease working with grieving families and the deceasedExcellent communication and high attention to detailPossess a full unrestricted drivers licenseWe are enthusiastic about what we believe in and what we do.
