Casual positions available leading into the potential for fulltime. Local to Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth. Roster is 7:7 or 14/7 (days) day shift primarily. The High Reach Driller Responsible for executing drilling operations at elevated heights or depths. This role ensures precise and efficient drilling to facilitate the installation of foundations, anchors, or geological exploration. Key Responsibilities: Operate high reach drilling equipment to perform drilling operations at elevated heights or depths Ensure accuracy in drilling according to project specifications and safety standards Conduct preoperational checks and maintenance of drilling equipment Monitor drilling progress and adjust techniques as necessary to achieve optimal results Collaborate with team members to coordinate drilling activities and ensure site safety Maintain detailed records of drilling activities, including measurements and equipment usage The successful applicant will have: Previous experience in Top Hammer Drilling A working knowledge of Sandvik DPI1500 and Epiroc D65 equipment First Aid and CPR Certification Working at Heights Licence Good communication and organisational skills A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment Pass a preemployment medical and drug and alcohol assessment A mechanical aptitude Elevated Work Platform Licence About Us SRG Global Mining Services is a leading drill and blast provider that offers an integrated range of complementary technical services to significantly improve safety and productivity on your mine site.
