Otraco International Pty Ltd is the worlds leading provider of earthmover and offroad tyre management services to the mining industry. WHY TYRES? Tyre management and maintenance is a large part of a mining operation; it is usually one of the top three expenditures. Our qualified tyre technicians provide a critical operational role in planned and reactive tyre changes, maintenance and routine inspections. This opportunity allows you to become a fully qualified OTR (offtheroad) Tyre Fitter, a position that offers responsibility, development, and diversity of work. THE ROLE As a trainee, you will start with a fully paid, industryleading theorybased course conducted in one of our inhouse training facilities. This includes a tailored mine site readiness programme in either Perth, WA or the Hunter Valley, NSW, for the initial 4 weeks. After completion, you will be guaranteed a role at one of our many mine sites nationally where you will continue onthejob training. Roster schedules vary but are generally familyfriendly. Guaranteed wage increases are provided at each training milestone.
