Base pay range A$80,000.00/yr - A$105,000.00/yr The Role We are always working with a number of boutique, national and global toptier law firms in need of Legal Support staff within various areas of law. While we are located in Sydney, the firms we work with have offices across Australia and are continuously asking for our help in Perth. Duties Managing word processing, document preparation, and drafting correspondence Handling diary management using Outlook Managing financial tasks, including external and internal billing, reporting, and thirdparty invoicing Collaborating with both internal and external clients as needed Coordinating travel arrangements Recording client information in a contacts database Establishing, closing, and archiving client matter files Providing guidance and mentoring to junior legal assistant staff Performing various general administrative duties, such as filing and photocopying Qualifications Prior experience as a Legal Secretary (usually 12+ months) A desire for longevity in a support position (positions for students or graduates are rare) Excellent communication and organisational skills A cando attitude and willingness to learn How to Apply For more information or a confidential discussion please call Claire Booth at Assiduous Staffing on 0452 651 183 or alternatively, clicktoapply.
