Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:We are seeking a Yard Supervisor with scaffold experience to join our Wangara team, this is a full-time permanent position working in our Wangara scaffold yard, commencing as soon as possible.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily yard operations including the receipt, inspection, dispatch, and storage of scaffolding equipmentCoordinate and lead yard staff to ensure safe, efficient, and timely loading and unloading of gearMaintain accurate inventory records through regular stocktakes and system updatesEnsure all scaffolding components are cleaned, maintained, and fit for hire or saleOversee maintenance of yard equipment, machinery, and vehiclesMaterial receipt & dispatchMaintenance and inspection of in-house equipment including scaffolding equipment and toolingImplement and enforce workplace health and safety procedures in accordance with company policies and local regulationsLiaise with logistics, sales, and project teams to meet delivery schedules and client requirementsManage yard presentation, cleanliness, and organisation standardsEnsure all required equipment aligns and fit for useIdentify and report damaged or missing equipment and arrange timely repairs or replacementsProvide training and support to new and existing yard staffThe successful applicant will ideally have:A forklift High Risk work license and demonstrated experience safely operating a forklift in a busy environmentScaffolding and/or Warehousing experienceA current driver''s licence (manual) (HR Desirable)Good verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with peers, management, customers & suppliersA reliable, hardworking and punctual approach to workA positive attitude towards safety, training & environmentAbout UsSRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
