The position focuses on building strong relationships with local employers and supporting them to become confident, capable, and inclusive workplaces. The Business Inclusion Specialist will be responsible for securing suitable and sustainable jobs for Helps Inclusive EmploymentAustralia (IEA) participants and nurturing relationships with employers to increase repeat business and conversions.Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Ensure each participants individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the center of your focusMeet and exceed monthly KPI targets: sustainable placements and high level of conversionBuild and manage an employer database to generate suitable job opportunities for IEA participantsDeliver tailored resources and advice to improve employer confident in recruiting, supporting and retaining people with disabilityFacilitate the creation of sustainable job opportunities through job creation and job carvingContribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to support participants with complex needsEnsure that sufficient and compliant Documentary Evidence is maintained to prove Services have been delivered in compliance with the Deed and associated guidelinesReverse Market to employers, to promote skills and strengths of participantsAdvise staff of labour market fluctuations and industry/employer needsAdvise employers of wage subsidies and eligibility requirementsWork closely with the team to plan, prepare and market participants for successful placement outcomesEffectively demonstrate best practices and promote Help Enterprises awarenessManage employer and participant expectations, and demonstrate personal resilience in handling setbacks and objectionsPresent in a style that displays high energy, trustworthiness and projects a great first impressionDemonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness to work demands and circumstancesActively promote and support the Mission, Vision and Values of Help Enterprises by maintaining social, ethical and organisational standards and values, always honouring commitments and treating people with dignity, respect and fairnessBuild and manage an employer database to generate vacanciesThis is a Full-Time position based at:Liverpool and St George Sutherland RegionsAbout YouYou care about people and want a job that makes a difference.
