It is the primary training establishment for the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) personnel. This facility provides general medical, physiotherapy, pharmacy, dental and mental health services, and operates a 30bed low dependency ward. Whilst the health centre is open 24/7, standard hours of operation are 07301530 MondayFriday. The Health Centre is also responsible for the provision of afterhours services to ADF personnel on the Mornington Peninsula. What youll do Work within the ADF Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy Intake assessment, risk assessment and crisis intervention Case formulation and treatment planning Programmatic treatment interventions Manage patient clinical records, filing of hardcopy reports, booking and recall of patients What you bring Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a general Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Minimum of 2 years fulltime (or parttime equivalent) Post Graduate Experience in the last 5 years in mental health in a primary health or specialist mental health setting undertaking comprehensive mental health assessment and delivering a range of evidencebased Focussed Psychological Strategies as defined under the Medicare Schedule Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Who we are Serco supports more than 12,000 professionals across Asia Pacific, delivering essential services in defence, health, justice and beyond.
