Come and be a part of this success. About the Role Brookfield Place is home to BHP Iron Ores state-of-the-art Integrated Operations (IOPS) team at Iron Ore. Our Control Centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using advanced, realtime technology to enable visibility and control, across the entire Iron Ore supply chain. As a technology enabled centre of excellence, employees work collaboratively with site on a shifttoshift basis to make faster decisions improving safety and optimising value across the supply chain. Working in collaboration with site personnel you will be responsible for achieving safety and production targets, by enabling the effective operation of our Autonomous Fleet using the Command Minestar Fleet Management System. Reporting to the Supervisor AHS Control, you will safely execute the daily operations plan while optimising the utilisation of the Autonomous Truck Fleet. You will ensure compliance to schedule and operating philosophies, driving a culture that not only conforms to company safety standards, but also seeks to continuously improve operating efficiency and realise cost benefits. Key Responsibilities Commitment to a safe working environment Manage the autonomous fleet effectively and efficiently Maximise equipment productivity and efficiency in accordance to the 24 hour mine and maintenance plan Maintain the integrity of the mine model by ensuring virtual road network replicates the physical road network Cultivate positive relationships through effective communication and consultation with leaders, team members and site About You Previous Mine Control or System / Field Builder experience Thorough understanding of FMS such as Minestar Command for hauling High level of computer literacy and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Have a collaborative approach, with the ability to engage and influence Strategic, forward thinker with the ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment Team player, strong communicator confident in collaborating with stakeholders across departments and sites About Our Process At BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
