About the Role You''ll work closely with an experienced commercial partner and take an active role in advising clients across a broad range of matters, including: Shareholder agreements and advisory work Business and corporate structuring Drafting and negotiating business agreements Partnership and joint venture agreements Exposure to insolvency and restructuring matters (desirable, not essential) This is a handsons role with real responsibility, direct client contact and the opportunity to grow within a respected commercial practice rather than being confined to narrow tasks.
