What You Will Be Doing As the Key Account Manager, youll be responsible for strategically managing an allocated portfolio of key accounts, optimising yield and profitability across multiple sites. Youll identify and convert new business opportunities, manage lease negotiations, and work crossfunctionally to ensure successful implementation of growth strategies. Your strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and relationship management expertise will be central to achieving business objectives and expanding our highperforming network. Your key responsibilities will include: Drive revenue and profit growth across statebased and national group accounts. Manage and optimise the performance of allocated collection centre portfolios, ensuring profitability and yield improvement. Build and maintain a strong prospecting pipeline to identify and convert highpotential clinics and sites. Oversee lease negotiations, renewals and terminations to maintain a sustainable and highyield property footprint. Collaborate with Regional Managers, Operations and Legal teams to deliver new site launches and expansions. Analyse performance data and market insights to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Lead and motivate teams within your portfolio to achieve alignment and elevate performance. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular engagement, quarterly reviews and transparent reporting. Ensure compliance, confidentiality and professionalism across all business dealings. Demonstrated success in contract and lease negotiations with a strong understanding of medical practice dynamics. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities. Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills, with a focus on driving results and improving profitability. Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding abilities across all levels of the organisation. Capable of working autonomously while collaborating effectively within crossfunctional teams. Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills, adaptable to a dynamic and evolving environment. High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism in managing client and organisational relationships. Strong organisational and timemanagement abilities with a commitment to delivering results under tight timelines.
