With a strong focus on excellence, innovation and collaboration, were proud to offer a workplace that values and supports its people.You dont need to meet every requirement if youre a good fit and eager to grow, we want to hear from you.Job DescriptionRole ObjectiveTo grow category sales and profitability with independent retailers and secondary wholesale customers within the Trading Division, while maintaining strong grower relationships, effective stock management, and full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve individual sales, volume, and margin targets.Grow profitability across major customers and market floor sales.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and growers.Participate in national and state-based pricing negotiations.Promote and protect the PREMIER brand.Grower & Supply ManagementRetain and develop grower relationships.Manage daily pricing and grower returns accurately and on time.Communicate regularly with growers regarding quality, pricing, and market conditions.Deliver weekly supply and demand forecasts.Stock ManagementManage stock levels, storage, rotation, and reconciliation.Conduct daily stock counts and variance analysis.Investigate and report stock discrepancies.Reporting & SystemsMonitor weekly and YTD sales performance against targets.Prepare monthly sales and profit reports with commentary.Use Ironbark for all sales transactions and reporting.Workplace Health & SafetyMaintain 100% compliance with WHS legislation and company policies.Ensure safe work practices, PPE use, and housekeeping standards.Ensure all team members are trained, licensed, and compliant.Operate and oversee forklifts and vehicles safely and in accordance with site rules.Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirementsDesired Skills and ExperienceSkills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years experience in a sales role within the produce industryIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience working with sales, pricing, forecasting, and stock reconciliation systems (e.g. Ironbark)Forklift Licence (essential)Ability to start work early (from 4am) to align with market operations.WHS and First Aid certification (desirable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
