We have experience in normal pressure wells, HPHT wells, Horizontal wells and Deep Water wells and working closely with both Drilling Contractors and Service Companies internationally.In addition to our core team, we have access to a pool of experienced Well Engineering personnel covering, Completions, Well Testing, Offshore Supervisors, Subsea and Logistics and Contracts specialists.Job DescriptionInventory Specialist (Materials & Inventory)Location: PerthDiscipline: Supply Chain / Materials ManagementWe are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to support materials and inventory management activities across operational and project environments. This role is well suited to a candidate with a background in oil & gas or energysector supply chain, who is comfortable working with complex materials data, operational stakeholders, and SAP S/4HANA systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting stocktaking activities, with a primary focus on drilling and subsea materialsProviding transactional support within SAP S/4HANA, including:DisposalsTransfersConsumptionsAssisting with project closeout activities, ensuring materials are correctly accounted for and reconciledSupporting supplier and storage location improvements, including:Inventory disposalsWorking closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve inventory issues and improve data qualityRequirementsProven experience as a Material / Inventory Specialist or similar roleStrong handson experience with SAP S/4HANA particularly:Master DataEWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and/or IM (Inventory Management)Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with:Internal stakeholdersExternal suppliers and service providersStrong problemsolving skills and attention to detailExperience in change management or supporting system/process transitionsBackground in oil & gas, energy, or heavy industrial projectsSupply chain, logistics, or materials management experience within a regulated operating environmentAbout YouYou are a practical, detailoriented professional who understands the importance of accurate inventory data in operational and project settings.
