About The Role As the Operations Supervisor, you will utilize your strong understanding of operations within the transportation and logistics industry to express your capabilities and improve the Stations performance. You will leverage technology to make datadriven decisions and uphold safety, compliance, and efficiency practices. In this role, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for building strong relationships with your team, Delivery Partners, and the Station Manager. You will support the Station Manager and Senior Operations Supervisor in achieving operational and financial objectives, contributing to the stations overall success. You will oversee Dragonflys parcel lifecycle returns, driver bookings, and route optimisation, ensuring that safety standards, quality service, and Dragonflys core values are consistently maintained. Schedule 5:00pm 3:00am, Wednesday Saturday Key Responsibilities Partner with the Station Manager and Senior Operations Supervisor to continuously improve processes and ensure operations meet company standards. Oversee parcel returns, driver booking, and route optimisation to maximise efficiency and performance. Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs, budgets, and forecasts, adjusting operations to meet targets. Allocate and manage routes and workloads across IDCs and teams to meet customer and operational KPIs. Promote and enforce a safe, secure work environment for employees and Delivery Partners@( ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Collaborate with IDCs and Operations Support to ensure accurate, ontime deliveries and strong customer outcomes. Maintain accurate operational logs and reports to support performance tracking and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through clear communication and collaboration. Lead, coach, and support team members to drive performance and foster a highperforming culture. Maintain a professional, customerfocused environment that consistently exceeds service expectations. Key Requirements Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a fastpaced environment within transport, freight, warehousing or distribution operations.
