Who were looking for We are looking for a values driven candidate to join us in this newly created role. This Business Transformation Lead will identify and progress improvements in efficiencies and outputs in systems and procedures. To be successful, The Business Transformation Lead will need to cultivate strong relationships with all parts of the organisation in order to understand the work being delivered and to identify and assess gaps to be addressed. The successful applicant will have strong values in social justice and the rights of people with disability. You will thrive working with a team of passionate, likeminded people. What you will be doing The successful candidate will facilitate improvements through open communication and codesign with stakeholders, effective change management and guiding the business through each transformation to ensure smooth integration of innovative solutions/processes. Some of the tasks you will undertake will include: Lead crossentity transformation programs, ensuring change initiatives resonate across each team and successfully deliver strategic and operational value. Action best practice change management systems to encourage ownership, appropriate support and shared understanding of changes. Engage, collaborate and support teams across all entities to ensure adoption of new processes. Establish a culture of the safe, ethical use of AI to uplift processes. Map, analyse, and redesign processes and systems to improve efficiency, accessibility, collaboration, and cohesion across JFA Purple Orange, inhousing, the JFM Fund, and associated support services. Promote inclusive codesign with people with lived experience, designing systems that reflect their voices across housing, grants, advocacy, and communications.
