About the role We areseeking reliable, motivated supports to provide periods of support for males requiring support to access the community in the Bunbury area. My Place is a values-based organisation that supports people with disability to pursue the lifestyle of their choice. We are assisting the person with a disability to hire their own supports. About you If you are enthusiastic, able to work autonomously, friendly and interested in enabling individuals to live a happy, independent life we would like to hear from you! The role involves a high level of behaviour support, so applicants are required to have a calm, empathetic nature, with a good understanding of emotions, and be able to respond to Buzz the stressful situations. Training will be provided for non-experienced applicants with the right values and attitude. Available shifts are from 9am to 3pm, across Monday to Friday.
