We pride ourselves on maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our customers from small independent glazing businesses to Tier1 commercial builders.The OpportunityWalshs is seeking an experienced manager to lead our commercial glazing division, positioning ProInstall as a trusted, highperforming partner in the midtier fitout market.The RoleYou will take ownership of the ProInstall division endtoend, including:Driving revenue growth, margin recovery, and pipeline developmentDeveloping, implementing and monitoring initiatives to ensure bestpractice in customer service, project management and project deliveryStrengthening customer relationships across builders, architects, designers and key accountsLeading sales, estimating, and project delivery to meet budgeted targetsImplementing service and delivery improvements, including CRM rollout and workflow redesignIntervening early in underperforming projects and correcting courseBuilding, coaching and developing a capable leadership and delivery teamEstablishing clear reporting, dashboards and performance metricsThis is not a deskbound role. It requires commercial judgement, decisiveness, and the confidence to lead change in a live operating environment.The PersonYoull bring:Qualifications in Sales, Project or Business Management (or equivalent experience)Extensive experience in the building or construction industry, ideally glazing, fitout or commercial projectsA proven record of leading teams to successful outcomesStrong commercial and financial acumen with accountability for budgets and sales targetsStrong sales skills with the ability to build customer confidenceClear, persuasive communication and calm decisionmaking under pressureA strong commitment to safety, compliance and quality outcomesAdvanced Excel capability and a current drivers licenceOur ValuesAt Walshs, we dont do vague values posters.
