Position Profile The Child and Adolescent Health Service is seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to join our team within the Immunisation Service at Perth Childrens Hospital. Successful candidates will provide clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidencebased knowledge and advice is delivered to patients after an adverse event following immunisation, including counselling and education of patients and families with complex medical conditions in relation to immunisations. Responsibilities Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, responsibilities will include: Acting as an advocate for patients and families and collaborating with them and other members of the health care team to achieve health goals. Demonstrating competence in the planning and delivery of complex care to patients and their families. Liaising with members of the multidisciplinary team and fostering continual development of the team to provide expert services.
