As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you''ll manage end-to-end contract recruitment delivery across both new and existing clients. You''ll work directly with the VP Asia Pacific to grow our contractor headcount, build talent pipelines, and support the delivery of highly skilled personnel into long-term projects across the energy and engineering sectors. Youll be responsible for: Managing the full 360 recruitment process across contract roles Building and nurturing strong client relationships with a focus on quality Developing assigned accounts to grow contractor numbers and revenue Identifying and converting new business opportunities Negotiating commercial terms and delivering to client expectations Working proactively, with the tools and support you need without micromanagement What were looking for: Experienced 360 recruiter (contract recruitment preferred) Strong business development and client growth capability Confident managing your own desk with minimal oversight Commercially sharp, with a focus on margin, GP and placement quality Based in Perth (preferred) or Brisbane (remote/WFH) Why join Zenith Energy?
