This role serves as a key backup to the Office Manager and is responsible for maintaining office organization, processing routine administrative and transactional tasks, and supporting shop and office coordination.The Administrative Assistant handles invoicing, work order completion, core paperwork processing, and general office administration while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to step in seamlessly to support office operations when coverage is needed.This role is based at our Cambridge, Ohio location and is a fully onsite position. This position is paid an hourly rate of between $24.00 and $28.00 depending on experience.Requirements:Prepare and process customer invoicingPost daily deposits and ensure proper documentation and trackingAssist with journal entries related to core processing and inventory transactionsComplete and close work orders in the system as jobs are finishedPerform general office administrative tasks including scanning, filing, emailing, and document organizationMaintain electronic and physical filing systems for invoices, work orders, and core documentationAnswer phones and route calls or messages as neededProvide administrative support to management and other departments as requiredProcess core paperwork, ensuring accuracy and proper documentationCoordinate with shop personnel to resolve discrepancies related to work orders or coresMaintain organized financial records in accordance with company proceduresOther duties as assigned by your supervisor.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or accounting coursework preferredPrior experience in an administrative assistant, office administrator, or accounting support roleExperience with invoicing, journal entries, and deposit posting strongly preferredFamiliarity with manufacturing, machining, or automotive environments is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic accounting or ERP systemsStrong organizational and communication skillsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, walking, and reaching for extended periods.Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.Full time employees are eligible for the following benefits after the applicable waiting period:Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective the first of the month after your date of hire.Paid time off401k with a 4% match.Voluntary life insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
