About this opportunity: We are looking for an emerging leader to join our worldclass Culinary brigade as our fulltime Kitchen Stewarding Team Leader. Reporting directly to our Kitchen Logistics Manager, you will work alongside the wider Kitchen team who thrive on a positive culture, innovation and the delivery of our extraordinary events! Key responsibilities will include: Assisting with overseeing staff management within the Kitchen Stewarding department; Delivering high standard preparation for all of our events, and must be able to manage staff in several sections simultaneously; Assist in coordinating and delivering all arrangements related to supporting the kitchen brigade and front of house teams; Assisting in training, leading and inspiring the Stewarding team members; Assisting with the provision of adequate and clean operating equipment to meet the daily requirements of the kitchen and outlets; Maintaining our high standards of food quality and ISO22000 food safety compliance.
