Together were building hope and possibility for all.Your OpportunityAs a Case Manager in our Country Recovery for Families program, based in Berri and supporting the Riverland region, you will deliver client-centred, early intervention support to young people aged 1025 years and their families. You will be part of a closeknit team of two other Case Managers, managing a caseload of approximately 11 families, with the opportunity to engage in outreach work and travel across the wider Riverland region. In this role, you will provide comprehensive case management that addresses alcohol and other drug (AOD) concerns, enhances family functioning, and offers respite support where needed. Working under general supervision, you will apply your specialist knowledge, initiative, and sound judgment to achieve positive outcomes for clients. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and families in regional communities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide practical, familycentred case management support to young people (1025 years) and their families, including assessment, intervention, advocacy, and referrals, with attention to alcohol and other drug (AOD) concerns.Manage a caseload of up to 11 participants, supporting goal setting, progress review, and overall wellbeing.Support families to access education, employment, health, and community services across the Riverland region.Develop strengthsbased support plans in partnership with families, empowering them to build capacity and independence.Maintain accurate case notes and records in line with privacy and program requirements.Build positive relationships with families, community members, and local service providers, including through outreach and regional travel.Requirements for SuccessCertificate IV or higher in Case Management, Community Services, Youth Work, or a related field (or equivalent experience) desirable.Experience or interest in supporting young people (1025 years) and their families, including those experiencing alcohol and other drug (AOD) concerns.Willingness to work in outreach and communitybased settings, including travel across the Riverland region.Ability to build positive relationships with families, community members, and local service providers.Strong communication, organisational, and recordkeeping skills, with the ability to manage a caseload and competing priorities.Ability to work independently, using initiative and sound judgment in varied situations.Previous experience in family support, community services, youth work, or AODrelated work is desirable but not essential.Hold a Current SA full Drivers Licence.Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people. #J-18808-Ljbffr
